Transfers

On the same day of arrival, our guests are provided with the essential emergency contact including the contact details of their dedicated chauffeur/guide or office manager who is always available in case they have any query or urgent matters. A first courtesy phone call is conducted on the day following arrival so as to ensure the smooth running of the stay at their chosen place of accommodation.

On departure, our chauffeur/guide will assist the guests the required assistance at the airport. Arrangements are made so that the guests reach the airport 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of the flight, as it is the requirement by most of the airlines.

Transportation 

TOTAL SRI LANKA DMC provides transfers services to and from the International and Domestic Airport, accommodations at different locations across Sri Lanka and inter hotels transfers. Our airport transfers services are done in different types of transportation, depending on your choice and requirements. Our transfer services are affordable and reliable. We give much importance to punctuality.

The transportations that we provide are either owned by TOTAL SRI LANKA DMC or from our reputable service providers. We make sure that those vehicles adhere to our strict standards of safety and comfort. Our wide choice of transportation allows us to be flexible and responsive to any requirement. All vehicles are inspected and maintained regularly to ensure your safety and further improve our services. They are all insured with a wide-ranging cover including passenger liability.
